How to make pork dumpling?
In the traditional Chinese timing system, after midnight, the first hour is called “zi shi”, and this hour marks the beginning of the lunar New Year. The dumpling is Chinese traditional food, so every family is going to eat dumplings. In general, the dumpling should be made before mid-night on Spring Festival Eve. Eating dumplings represents family get together and earn more money next year. We always make dumplings by ourselves. Just follow these few steps; I believe you also can do them.
First of all, you need to prepare for everything before you make dumplings. You can go to the supermarket to buy the dumpling wrappers, vegetables and pork. The vegetable could be Chinese cabbage, scallion and garlic. Then you wash the vegetable and pork and chop them. Next, mix them together and add adequate soy sauce, chicken powder and cooking wine.
Second, you can start making the dumpling. Before making the dumpling, we need to get a bowel of water on the side. Then, wet the border of dumpling wrappers. Next, use the spoon or chopstick to put some adequate mixed meat on the middle of dumplings wrappers. Then, stick the edge of the dumpling.
Finally, you start cooking the dumpling. Put some water on the pan. When the water is boiling, put in the dumplings. Then, wait for the water to boil again and again until the dumplings are well-done.
As we know, the dumpling has become more and more popular. It has become an international food. We have many kinds of dumplings to choose from. There are many different ways for eating. Also, the shape of dumplings looks like gold ingot from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.
